hard week

this week is so hard i have a hundred things to do, from tests, projects and just all kind of stuff.  I'm just gone have to take it one day at a time, its like eating a elephent one bit at a time.

new beginnings

nobody can go back and start a new beginning but anyone can start today and make a new ending.

My Coaches Words

You only get out of it what you put into it.  This phrase my coach repeated over and over again in practice when we didn't feel like doing much.  He would say if you dont put alot into practice you want get alot out of friday night. Its so true and nothin in life will be worth having without having to put alot into it.
